This is how it will go down:

• First there will be a bit of education about this process.

• Then we will Oxygenize the cells of our body through a few rounds of deep breathing with breath retention.

• We then head over to the Ice Bath for each person to get into the water one by one for 2 minutes. I coach you through the process.

• You then rise out of the water like the King or Queen that you already are.

This flow sequence is to push you into the NOW, build a strong mind-set, and strengthen your total immune system.
