The vision of the Omziel Healing Sanctuary (OHS) is to help elevate individuals’ mindsets.

A growth mindset will increase resilience, creativity, and achievement. It allows individuals to approach challenges with a positive and adaptive mindset, fostering a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow. By recognizing and shifting one's mindset, individuals can cultivate a more empowering life, enabling them to reach their full potential and become more consistent members and contributors to your organization. With our years of hands-on experience, we always achieve our objectives.

There are several reasons why people may give up on something. They lack motivation, have unrealistic expectations, afraid of failure, become overwhelmed and lack support, slow to receive progress and results.

The number one issue we see is the lack of discipline to execute consistently, especially when we don’t feel like it.

The workshops we offer help people to attain these goals. It aims to introduce and integrate breathwork and ice plunge services into your existing wellness initiatives. Both practices have gained significant popularity and recognition in recent years for their profound effects on mental, emotional, and physical health.

By offering these services, you can demonstrate your commitment to the member’s wellness and create a positive and supportive environment. This project will fulfill these needs.

Our objective is to transform members by the renewing of their minds. Great health is the new wealth. These workshops complete the full package for health and wellness.

These powerful workshops that we provide consist of empowering education, detailed instructions, historical facts, daily practical applications, etc.

Adjoined with the powerful breathwork, we will tap into the deeper parts of the brain that regulate discipline and constancy.

We will also provide your brand’s awareness on several Social Media platforms in order to promote you for recruiting opportunities and to drive more traffic to your business. We will begin this process 1 to 2 months before and after the events. We will optimize these marketing campaigns for all SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

These workshops last between 1.5 hours to 3 hours. This really depends on the number of attendees.

Workshops can take place any day of the week. In order to maximize attendance, we suggest a weekend as people are more free during this time.

The breathwork portion of the workshop can take place indoors for maximum attention, or outdoors if need be. Indoors will provide a more clear soundbath. If indoors, a projector screen will help to expand the experience with detailed information, but not necessary.
We do provide yoga mats for outdoor breathwork.

We will need a water source in order to fill up the tanks. The Ice is provided by us.

Members will be in the ice water for 2 minutes. It may be the longest 2 minutes for some, but it will be the most powerful time spent for every single person. It will pay dividends.

We provide handout information, before and after counseling/advising, and we pay close attention to every member attending.

We also provide a waiver for members to sign that will clear you of any accidents should they occur.

We do ask that a minimum of 5 people attend in order to complete this workshop.

Attendees will only need to bring a bathing suit, towel, slippers, and Open Heart & Mind.

We set up beforehand, and we break down the area, leaving a zero carbon footprint.

The next step now is to have a final consultation call or meeting, approve a contract, and set a start date. That’s it.
