Here at Omziel, we’re all about mind-set. So we’ve put together a meet-up community to run Spartan Races.
Unless you have a hard date on the calendar, it's unlikely that you'll put in the work. That applies to every walk of life. Boxers tend not to train in earnest until a fight is locked in. Students rarely finish their homework unless their teacher tells them it's due the following day. Unless there's a hard date to work toward, human nature is to put it off and deal with it at a later date, once it becomes absolutely necessary.
When you pick a date to race you're forced into training and preparing yourself. Your self-improvement begins almost instantly.
Two things matter when you are setting a goal: Writing it down and having a WHY. When you pick a date on which your goal can culminate, or a benchmark that you can work toward, you create parameters for yourself, which helps you create steps in your journey.
The WHY is the value behind the goal. So if the goal is completing a Spartan race, the value may be adventure or discipline or commitment. A date and a WHY is critical.

Yoga is great for your body for several reasons—it helps increase flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles, improve heart health, boost energy, and reduce stress and pain. No wonder it's become a fitness staple in physical studios and online platforms.
Yoga is also well over 5000 years old. Anything that last that long should be highly concidered and honored.
This class description goes like this:
Open Level Vinyasa Class. In Vinyasa Yoga we move with the breath, linking each transition into a shape, as well as out of a shape, with breath, and utilizing the breath to go deeper. In this Open level class, beginners are welcomed and the flow will be accessible to all. We will move through Sun Salutations, various standing poses, as well as some combination of back-bends, balance poses, twists and forward folds. Our goal is be sure that students are safe and comfortable in their bodies, while maintaining a steady and easeful breath.
Please note that Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
This is a very affordable Introductory Class.

The Cacao is naturally sourced from a small village in Guatemala and ethically shipped to the US.
Your Sound Bath is an expansion of sound through vocals and crystal singing bowl vibrations into its sacred geometry bringing the sound and participants to their true and natural state of being.

Then the new music of MOONSONG will move you in more ways than you can imagine with songs they will sing, and sing-along-songs.
Moon Song is a musical constellation of guitar and drums, featuring a harmonic mixture of the various singular voices of Tom Bones, Adeena B, Laura Tesserario, Mike O'Connel and Stephanie Fed. The band centers their music around the themes of spirituality and devotion, with a shared love and reverence for nature.
As the evening progresses, others will be given a chance to share their music inside. So be sure to bring your instruments and expressions. Perhaps a piece of spoken word can be offered. You are invited to a night of Rising Stars, and you are one of them.
