Laura is a self love & relationship coach and a licensed clinical social worker who is committed to helping women to magnetize meaningful partnerships through developing an intentional practice of self love.

-The basic "Do's and Don'ts" of a manifestation practice
-Journaling exercises to help you get clear on what you really want
-Embodiment work to help you tap into awareness and guide your own vibration
-Group manifestation meditation to magnify each individual's manifestation potential and lift one another up
-Song circle & drumming to unite our voices and celebrate (no musical experience necessary)
